Pam is a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed in both Massachusetts and Connecticut, bringing over a decade of comprehensive, hands-on experience to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Throughout her career, she has supported children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of developmental, behavioral, and learning needs. Pam is known for her commitment to individualized care, always ensuring that each client’s unique strengths, challenges, and goals guide the interventions she designs.
Her primary focus has been working with individuals on the autism spectrum, helping them build meaningful skills that increase independence, improve communication, and support a higher quality of life. Pam’s clinical approach integrates compassion with evidence-based strategies, allowing her to foster progress in a way that feels both attainable and respectful to each person's developmental journey.
Having lived in various regions across the United States as well as in the United Kingdom, Pam has gained a broad and culturally informed understanding of human behavior. This global exposure has strengthened her ability to connect with families from diverse backgrounds and has deepened her appreciation for the many ways environment, culture, and lived experiences shape a person’s needs. Her adaptability and empathy are consistently reflected in the trusting relationships she builds with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Pam is also committed to ongoing professional development, regularly participating in advanced trainings, research reviews, and peer collaboration to ensure her practice reflects the most current and effective methods in the field.
