Nicole Piechowicz is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in New York, with over 20 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She graduated Teachers College, Columbia University in New York City with a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2008.
Nicole is also a certified General Education and Special Education teacher, bringing a well-rounded perspective to her work across educational and clinical settings.
Throughout her career, Nicole has supported individuals from birth through 21 years of age in home, school, and clinical environments.
Her professional journey spans every level of service delivery, including roles as a teaching assistant, classroom teacher, residential aide, clinician, and director-level leader. This breadth of experience provides her with a comprehensive, practical understanding of high-quality, individualized care.
Nicole has worked with individuals from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, enabling her to deliver services that are both personalized and culturally responsive.
