Michael Dubuque has dedicated his career to supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, as well as those experiencing social-emotional and behavioral challenges. With extensive experience across school, in-home, preschool, and clinical settings, he has provided services at both the direct care and leadership levels, bringing a comprehensive and practical perspective to behavior analytic practice.

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LABA, LBA), Michael specializes in the assessment and treatment of severe problem behavior, skill acquisition, and family-centered intervention. He is committed to developing individualized, evidence-based programs that promote meaningful progress, independence, and improved quality of life for the individuals and families he serves.

Michael began his work in the field as a paraprofessional and advanced to clinical and directorial roles, giving him a deep appreciation for collaborative teamwork and effective systems of support. His approach emphasizes compassionate care, functional outcomes, and strong partnerships with caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary professionals.

He holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism and is passionate about empowering families through education, coaching, and practical strategies that extend beyond the clinical environment.

In addition to his professional work, Michael is a father of three and a former professional musician. He brings creativity, empathy, and a strengths-based perspective to his practice, striving to make a positive impact on the lives of the individuals and communities he serves.
