Melanie Porter is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst licensed in CT.

Melanie earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of CT and her master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Western CT State University. She has been working with individuals with behavioral and developmental disabilities for over 12 years in multiple different settings, including school, clinic, home, and daycare. 

Melanie has experience working with individuals aged two to sixteen and has a strong interest in early intervention through natural environment teaching methods. Her experience includes conducting functional behavior assessments, creating individualized behavior support plans, and also training direct-level staff and caregivers on implementation of behavior treatment plans and skill acquisition programs. 

Melanie has experience collaborating with multiple different providers to ensure that the client and family have the best possible outcomes! 

In her free time, Melanie enjoys spending time with her daughter, watching movies, and travelling.
